The leaf for this ripe tea was grown in Myanmar. I'm not sure if this is technically Puerh since it was not grown in the Puerh region of China, so I'm going with Pu-arrrrgh. This 2019 Guogan Shu Zhuan has rich notes of roasted walnuts and caramel.

Wonderful well rounded taste to this brick, i get some good smokey notes as well as some barnyard reminiscing, its quite medicinal, definitely recommend for experienced tea drinkers

Delicious easy drinking dark tea

This was a really tasty dark tea, definitely reminiscent of other shou puerhs that I've had before and really smooth with an amazing mouth-feel
