Shipping, Returns, Missing Tea Oh My!

 

Domestic customers: SHIPPING: $7 US Flat rate. $10 minimum order. See policy for AK, HI and International

Alaskan, Hawaiian and International customers: shipping outside the continental US is a big ol' bummer and I haven't figured out how to make it work. So for the time being we're only shipping to the US and Canada.  Hawaii and Alaska = $15 Flat rate.  $20 flat rate for Canada, but y'all will get a some free tea to offset shipping cost.

CUSTOMS FEES

Customer is responsible for all import taxes and custom fees.

RETURNS

We don't accept any tea back once it's left us but, If we made a mistake with your order please let us know!  

STOLEN TEA

Unfortunately, we can't be responsible for stolen packages.
