Shipping, Returns, Missing Tea Oh My!

Domestic customers: flat-rate FAST Continental US shipping = $6. Free for orders over $64. All USA orders come with a free sample. 

Alaskan, Hawaiian and International customers: shipping outside the continental US is a big ol' bummer. Hawaii and Alaska = $15 Flat rate.  $20 for the rest of the world including Canada, but y'all will get a FREE 'Surprise Me Bro' grab bag of tea to offset shipping cost. I hope this helps make the shipping cost less of a drag. 

CUSTOMS FEES

Customer is responsible for all import taxes and custom fees.

We don't accept any tea back once it's left us but, If we made a mistake with your order please let us know!
