I was given a sample of this 2025 version, and I am so impressed that I’m going to purchase a cake of every year available. A 2026 cake just dropped!!! The leaves are beautiful and young. The flavors are floral and fruity. Lemons and honeysuckle fill the air after the first infusion. The soup is clear and light amber. Intergalactic Tea continues to impress me considering their price point is relatively low. I also am a big fan of the $7 flat rate shipping!
the notes from this one are strong. Smells like a lemonade with a bit of pine earthiness. The honey sweetness and kind of bread like flavors are quite present too. All the flavor is pretty upfront and would be a good one for new people to get into tea. It really does remind me of a lemonade. Very unique, very good.
Love this stuff. Fantastic daily drinker! Very lively flavor and best enjoyed gongfu style. Goes far and brews nicely in thermos in small quantities; can come across bitter if you use too much.
