This blend of several Dan Cong varietals is made from Huang Pian (yellow leaves). Huang Pian are older more yellow leaves and are sweeter and more mellow than their younger counter parts. (The same is true of our Huang Pian Puerh.) The taste is lightly mineral, sweet and Dan Congy.
