Constellations Cup

Beautiful contrast of the inner blue and the white outer surface is expressed in this cup/mini bowl.

The dots (holes) on the surface of the cup are connected in lines to recreate the image of the constellations. Blue glaze is applied onto these holes from both inside and outside of the bowl to prevent liquid from leaking. Light shines through the small dotted window, creating an interesting effect to the work.
