This roasted barely tea is made from the highest grade barley and roasted in drums of sand to prevent scorching. It's great hot but traditional drunk cold. You can brew this as you would any tea but try the method below.
Boil 2 liters of water
Add 25-30g of Barely and boil for 3 minutes
Turn off the heat, place the lid on the pot and allow to steep for 30 minutes
