Tasting of oats and melon with a lightly minty finish, this finely balanced tea is worth pausing and focusing on. The finish is long and sweet.
This tea will do better steeped a lower temperatures of 167F/75C. (Some of our aged teas can be boiled!) I recommend steeping this gong fu style but if you want to try it western style steep a little longer than normal: 5-7 minutes.
